The site www.digitizeitza.com is made available, and owned by, Digitize it (Pty) Ltd. We can modify the terms and conditions with prospective effect without prior notice to you. Digitize it will take all reasonable accounts to check proofs carefully for accuracy in all respects, ranging from spelling to technical illustration designs. However, it is considered the responsibility of the client/customer to check all artwork and dates carefully before final sign-off and publishing. As a result, Digitize it will not be held liable for any design errors if the client has approved the artwork.

Proof of payment

The client is required to pay 100% for work to commence and provide proof of payment for the order to be processed.

 

Refund Policy

Refund requests can be initiated by sending an explanation for the reason for the refund.

Any cash refund requests are subject to adherence to Digitize it terms. A refund may take up to 7 business days and a 50% admin fee will be applicable.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation requests can be initiated by sending an explanation for the reason for the cancellation. An order may not be canceled once it is completed, a 100% admin fee will be applicable. When an order is canceled in the process of work, a 50% admin fee will be applicable.
